Born in Eureka, UT to a family of Mormon's,  he somehow made his way to
Los Angeles, CA where he met  Ruby Gardner (b.Oklahoma)
(please note she lists this as her maiden name on their daughter's birth certificate).

They had a child named Donna Lorraine who was born on Jan 30, 1934.
I assume they were married because she lists her occupation as Housewife.
However, they also list different addresses, and I assume they were separated
at the time of birth, pending divorce, because he married Violet Froeming soon
after and had a son born with Violet in November the same year.

On Donna Lorraine's Birth Certificate it states she was born at home in the
Wilmington District of Los Angeles at 909C Broad.  Her mother, Ruby, lists
this as her home address, and living with parent's. It also states that  this
was the second child born to Ruby but the only child living.

Moral lists his address as 4615 Hopkins Street, Oakland, CA
Occupation - Painter for 4-5 years.

Moral and Violet lived at 1039 - 22nd Street, Oakland, CA at the time of his death.
His occupation was still a painter.  He was working a job near Nevada City, CA,
at a gold mine, when he fell from a ladder, hit his head and died later that night.

DEATH CERTIFICATE -
Lists he had lived in California for 7 years, and been in Nevada City
on his job for about one month.  He was married to Violet who was
25 years old.  At time of death he was 29 years, 5 months, 4 days old.
He had been taken to Jone's Memorial Hospital in Grass Valley, CA.
After his death he was taken to Holmes Funeral Home in Grass Valley.

BURIED - Evergreen Cemetery, Oakland, CA
Garden of Repose, row 4, space 24.  He has no headstone but is
